SHIP gives dancers ages 13-18 the opportunity to experience college life in an immersive campus environment.

Participants live in Ball State University dorms, train in university dance facilities, and take master classes while learning new choreography. This week-long program blends high-level dance training with the independence and excitement of campus living, offering dancers a realistic preview of what their future could look like if they choose to pursue dance at the collegiate level. It’s an unforgettable experience of growth, connection, and performance.
