Mandy Doyle is a dancer, educator, choreographer, and award-winning studio director based in Bellaire, Ohio. She began her training at age three with Dance Dimensions Inc., later performing professionally across the country after moving to New York City. A career highlight includes performing for seven seasons in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall.

Mandy is a highly respected adjudicator and master teacher, working with organizations such as Dance Xplosion, Dance Masters of America, Starpower, Primetime, and Showbiz. She has also taught internationally as faculty for the World Dance Movement in Tropea, Italy.

As the owner and director of TURN IT OUT Dance Academy since 2011, Mandy has led her studio to significant recognition, including multiple ADCC Studio of Excellence awards at both the regional and national level. Her choreography has earned Top Regional Choreographer honors for four consecutive years, as well as the Top National Choreography Award at the 2024 Showbiz Grand Finals. Her work was also featured at the Industry Dance Awards Gala in Los Angeles.

Mandy’s impact extends through her students, many of whom have achieved the highest honors in dance. She has trained multiple Dance Masters titleholders, including Peyton Florence (Miss Dance of America 2023), Gus Goodman (Master Dance of America 2024), Payton Nickerson (Junior Miss Dance of America 2018, Teen Miss Dance of America 2021, Miss Dance of America 2024), and Harvey Goodman (Junior Mister Dance of America 2026).

Driven by a passion for teaching and creating, Mandy continues to inspire the next generation of dancers to reach their fullest potential. She resides in Bellaire, Ohio with her husband, Ben, and their four children: Henry, Evelyn, Finnegan, and their newest addition, Maeve.
