Rhee Gold

Rhee Gold is a respected leader, author, publisher, and speaker who has dedicated his career to elevating the standard of dance education. He has served as President of Dance Masters of New England, Dance Masters of America, and United Dance Merchants of America, and serves on the board of Dancers Against Cancer.

He was the publisher of Dance Studio Life magazine, a columnist for Dance Magazine, and the author of The Complete Guide to Teaching Dance. Rhee is also the founder of the Dance Teacher Alliance, Studio Owner Alliance, and Gold Alliance, programs that support dance teachers and studio owners around the world.

Throughout his career, he also founded American Dance Awards, the DanceLife Teacher Conference, the Soul Dancer Conference, and the DanceLife Retreat Center, all created to inspire growth, leadership, and excellence in dance education.

Known as the dance industry’s first business and motivational speaker, Rhee has traveled the world sharing his passion for leadership, studio growth, and quality dance education. His lifelong impact on the field has been recognized with Lifetime Achievement Awards from Oklahoma City University, Dance Educators of America, and the Industry Dance Awards.
