How to Submit Your Advertising Request

• Provide Contact Information: Enter your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Select Your Ad Type: Choose the specific program and size for your advertisement. Note that a separate form must be filled out for each individual ad you wish to place.
• Upload Your Artwork: Attach your camera-ready file. Ensure the file is at least 300 dpi and in the correct color mode (CMYK or RGB) to meet the May 1st deadline.
• Calculate Total and Choose Payment: Enter the total amount due based on your selected ad size and indicate whether you will be paying by Check or Credit/Debit Card.
• Review and Submit: Double-check all entered information and uploaded files before clicking the Submit button to complete your advertising request.

Ad Submission Guidelines

• Ads must be camera-ready and submitted in black & white or color (CMYK or RGB) with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
• Preferred file formats: JPEG/JPG, PDF, EPS, PSD (Photoshop), or PNG.
