Convention Registration
To make your convention registration quick and organized, complete the following steps before opening the Convention Registration Form. You Must Complete These Forms First.
- Fill out any Scholarship Forms and save them to your desktop
- Enter all competition entries in Dance Comp Genie
- Complete the Solo Title Registration Form, Have music, fact sheet, headshot, and dance photo ready to attach.
- Complete the Open Scholarship Form
- Complete the Intensive Form Gather This Information Before Registering
- A list of teachers and students attending convention
- Names of anyone purchasing an observer pass
- Number of banquet tickets needed
- Number of title tickets, programs, and Super Saver packages
- Total due for PASC entries (from Dance Comp Genie)
- Total due for Open Scholarships (from JotForm)
- Total due for Intensives (from JotForm)
- Total due for Solo Title entries
- Record of PASC deposit paid
Once these steps are complete and all information is prepared, you are ready to submit
your Convention Registration Form.
